A Gold Medallist in Anthropology, Kartic has worked amongst the tribes of Paderu District of AP and the Kodavas in Coorg District of Karnataka.
Kartic has been mentoring aspirants for the Indian Civil Services and other State Public Services in India for three decades in Anthropology, and multidisciplinary areas in General Studies.
Previously with Brain Tree and the author of its much-referenced study material, Kartic takes classes at Vajiram and Ravi, a pioneer in training aspirants for the coveted Civil Services Examination. Hundreds of his students have succeeded in the UPSC examination, many with national ranks, and are serving the Government of India and various state governments as top cadre officers.
He has rich experience in mentoring students with varied academic backgrounds and has designed a proven and very successful teaching methodology.
Kartic is also a film-maker and has produced and directed hundreds of corporate films and documentaries. He also consults as a strategic communications expert in urban governance, water and sanitation and has designed communication blueprints for many programs of Union and State Governments and international multilateral agencies.
It is this rich exposure to and experience with corporate establishments, government programs and agencies, and multilateral organisations that he weaves into his teaching.
Dr. Vasuprada Kartic, PhD., is a psychotherapist, special educator, and trainer. She is one of the first Indians to be certified as an Anthroposophic Psychotherapist, from Switzerland, and is now the core faculty for the International Certification program.
She conducted training for Psychotherapists from across the globe. She is deeply committed to building awareness about mental health, and creating more access to resources and support.
She was the founding director of Deeksha Foundation, a non-profit NGO in Hyderabad that provided psychological services, built mental health awareness, and aided in skill empowerment.
She has worked in Govt. organisations over the years, and provides support for the Telangana State Police in projects such as SHE teams and Bharosa Centers, aiding women, trauma and violence.
She has gained expertise in working with trauma, psychosomatics, and over the last decade, pioneered in holistic interventions for working with eating disorders and Bariatric Psychology for individuals undergoing surgery.
She has been a regular guest expert appearing on many TV shows for numerous regional Channels for almost two decades, and frequently appears in print.
She was a faculty for organisational psychology for NAC, Hyderabad and has worked with individuals from corporations and organisations over the years. She is an active volunteer for social causes, and is also a published poet.
Hiranya Aditi Godavarthy is a counsellor and psychotherapist who uses an eclectic approach, employing tools from a range of modalites including Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy, Solution Focused practices, Narrative practices, and also other complementary and alternative tools.
She holds an awareness of organisations and their dynamics, and the world of research, because of a background in life sciences and administration, and understands the challenges of finding your place in a competitive, changing and unpredictable world.
She focuses on moving toward goals while also identifying and celebrating individual strengths, bringing creativity and expression to one’s unique story, and compassionately honouring the different parts of an individual self.
She is also passionate about learning and broadening her viewpoint, enjoys teaching and training, and encourages reflection, mindful insight, and personal awareness.
She is a published poet, an artist, and a volunteer for community projects.
